At the Regular Meeting of Allegheny County Council held on July 3, 2007, Council unanimously approved the attached Motion (Bill No. 3316-07) sponsored by Council Members Frazier, Cleary, Finnerty, Fitzgerald, Macey, and Robinson, entitled, “Motion Expressing the Sense of Council of Allegheny County, urging the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and Governor Rendell to consider and enact the provisions of SB 877 with all deliberate speed.”
