At the Regular Meeting of Allegheny County Council held on October 19, 2004, Council unanimously approved the attached Motion (Bill No. 1719-04) sponsored by Council Member Wayne Fontana requesting you to review all existing grants that could possibly be redirected as no-interest loans and explore all other grant opportunities that could help aid the victims of Allegheny County who were harmed by the flooding of Hurricane Ivan.
