I am requesting that
Bill No. 1308-03, authorizing the conveyance of properties in North Braddock, be
held until such time as the Borough of North Braddock and Woodland Hills School
District approve the conveyance of their own interests. When such approval
is given, I will notify County Council and request that this be placed before
Council for second reading. I will make sure that documentation of the
local legislative approval is provided to Council staff at that
time.
